These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ar999h website located at ar999h.net and all associated mobile-optimised versions, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The operator of the Platform is referred to herein as "ar999h," "we," "us," or "our." The individual using the Platform is referred to as "you," "your," or "the Player."

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager or game play through the ar999h Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ar999h.

ar999h is an adults-only platform. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and use the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum requirement and is non-negotiable. ar999h operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through ar999h or any other recognised gambling platform's self-exclusion scheme.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of ar999h or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.

To access the full range of ar999h services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to your account:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active ar999h account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ar999h will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify ar999h support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Non-transferability: ar999h accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds associated with it to another person.
• Account currency: All ar999h accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and balances are shown in PKR.

ar999h supports a range of Pakistani payment methods for the convenience of our players. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Supported methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20.
• Deposit currency: All deposits are accepted and processed in PKR (or converted to PKR at the prevailing rate for crypto deposits). No foreign currency accounts are maintained.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. ar999h reserves the right to amend minimum deposit limits at any time.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit to the same account. This anti-fraud measure is non-negotiable.
• Withdrawal processing time: ar999h aims to process all withdrawal requests on the same business day they are submitted. JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers typically clear within minutes of approval. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Allied Bank clear within 5–30 minutes during banking hours.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. ar999h reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
• Source of funds: ar999h may request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits, particularly where large or unusual transaction volumes are identified. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal suspension.

ar999h does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, over which ar999h has no control.

ar999h offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sportsbook bets, and instant-win titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the promotion will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Depositing during an active bonus may alter the terms of your current promotion.
• Abuse prevention: ar999h actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: strategic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, matched betting using bonus funds, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and any other behaviour that ar999h determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Withholding of bonus winnings: If ar999h determines that bonus abuse has occurred, ar999h reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, withhold any winnings derived from that bonus, and close the associated account.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the ar999h Platform:

• Bet acceptance: ar999h reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This includes bets placed on markets where irregularities are suspected.
• Obvious errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error or system malfunction, ar999h reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price or during the malfunction period. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed from player balances.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. ar999h may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets already matched and accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
• Casino game outcomes: All slot, table, and instant-win game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are statistically random and independent of any previous result. ar999h does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed according to the game engine's auto-complete rules. ar999h is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the player's side.
• Maximum payout: A single-account maximum payout limit applies across all games and sports markets. The current limit is displayed in the cashier section. Any winnings exceeding this threshold in a single session may be subject to additional review and staged payment.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar999h Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human use.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime activity. ar999h is required by its licensing obligations to report suspicious transaction activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC or identity verification processes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate gaming transactions. ar999h reserves the right to recover amounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true geographic location in order to circumvent access restrictions.

All content on the ar999h Platform — including but not limited to the ar999h brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game assets, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ar999h or its licensed third-party providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ar999h content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any ar999h software or game engine.
• Use the ar999h brand name or logo in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without written consent.
• Create derivative works based on ar999h proprietary content.

ar999h collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the overall agreement between you and ar999h. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ar999h collects data that is necessary to operate your account, process payments, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, personalise your experience, and provide customer support. ar999h does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ar999h applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your PKR balance is held in a segregated account, separate from ar999h's operational funds, ensuring your money is protected even in the unlikely event of a financial difficulty affecting the business.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar999h shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any loss arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or mobile network interruptions that are outside ar999h's direct control.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to betting tips, odds information, or game descriptions.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ar999h's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ar999h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct in connection with the Platform.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding requirement compelling us to do so.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ar999h's discretion. Where an account is closed at the player's own request in good standing — with no outstanding breach — any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of standard KYC checks.

You may close your ar999h account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ar999h holds its international gaming operator licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ar999h's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

ar999h operates under an international gaming licence. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so of their own volition and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is consistent with the laws applicable to their personal circumstances. ar999h does not provide legal advice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ar999h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ar999h will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.

The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
